** Repair at the place of equipment supply and installation
– Ready time: 8 hours/day
– 05 days/week
– 24×7 response time Support levels:
+ Level 1: Remote incident support
+ Level 2: Direct support at the site of system deployment and installation
+ Level 3: Replace equipment, reinstall management software.
** Troubleshooting within the scope of service provision or within the warranty period:
– In the event of a product or service malfunction due to a technical fault within the warranty scope,  SPS Jsc will carry out product warranty, restore the nearest stable operation status, at the latest, at the latest. after 24h (or 48h- in case of two days off) under the following conditions:
+ Customers strictly follow the instructions and advice on the use and protection of the product in accordance with regulations.
+ Customers follow the correct working process of products and services and have not had any signs of arbitrarily interfering with the technical items of the product.
** In the event of a problem that is beyond the warranty scope, due to usage errors and other causes from the customer’s side, SPS  will promptly advise on solutions to overcome and support recovery in the shortest time with costs for its customer base.
